Disney has done the impossible. They have come up with a way
to give us an insightful social commentary on racism housed in an entertaining,
fast paced cop show. Oh, and did I mention the cop is a bunny rabbit and her
partner is a fox?
Disney’s Zootopia completely succeeds at the one thing that
makes an animated film great, it addresses both the kids in the audience as
well as their Parents. A and a absolutely loved the movie. The fun antics of
the Bunny and Fox tracking down a rabid Otter were a huge hit. The subtle (and
not so subtle) references to Breaking Bad, The Godfather, and numerous other
adult programs kept Jeff and I rolling with laughter. Definitely 2 thumbs up
(or as A and A say… 10 thumbs up!)
