Superbowl was a blast this year. We didn't really care which team won this year but we had a great party with lots of friends and good eats. Here are a few pics of the preparations.
One hit was my Chocolate Chip cookies and I am sharing the recipe below. Mix up a batch and enjoy but don't blame me for the extra weight you might gain!
Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Cups Crisco
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Flour
4 eggs
4 tsp Vanilla
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 Cups Chocolate Chips (I use 1 ½ Milk Chocolate and 1 ½ White
Chocolate)
Mix all ingredients, Fold in chocolate chips (I divide
the dough and make half milk chocolate, Half White Chocolate then mix 1/3 of
each of those together for some that are both Milk and White)
Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes( I rotate the pan at 6
min for even baking)
Makes 9 Dozen ( You can “half” the recipe but I always
regret it when I do, they go FAST!)
What a fun party!! Can't wait to try out the recipe :)
